All-inclusive Snow School Plan

They are not scheduled to work every day. Most lessons are conducted by Japanese instructors using simple English, but we can communicate everything necessary for the lesson without any problems, so please feel assured.

有會說英文或中文的教練嗎？
這些教練並非每天都在班。一般課程主要由日本教練以簡單英語進行，但與課程相關的英文溝通完全沒有問題，請放心。

Both have their own appeal, so please choose according to your preferences and goals. Skiing: each foot moves independently, providing stability and making it less likely to fall — easier for beginners, children or older adults to start, though progressing to advanced levels may be more challenging. Snowboarding: both feet are fixed to the board, so balancing can be difficult at first with more falls, but progress can be rapid and the sense of accomplishment is very rewarding.

我應該選擇滑雪還是單板滑雪？
兩者都有各自的魅力，請依照您的喜好與需求選擇。滑雪：雙腳獨立活動，穩定性高，不容易跌倒，對兒童或長者較容易入門，但進步到高級水平可能較具挑戰性。單板滑雪：雙腳固定在雪板上，初學時平衡較難，跌倒的機率也較高，但進步速度快，成就感十足。

To provide lessons to as many guests as possible, full-day lessons are generally arranged on-site upon inquiry. If there are no other guests in the afternoon, full-day lessons can of course be conducted.

可以預約一整天的課程嗎？
為了讓更多客人能參加課程，通常需要當天在現場進行安排。如果下午沒有其他客人，當然也可以安排一整天的課程。

Unfortunately, simultaneous lessons are not possible, because each lesson requires a dedicated instructor to ensure safety and maintain the quality of instruction.

可以同時參加滑雪和單板滑雪課程嗎？
很抱歉，無法同時參加兩種課程。每個課程都需要專屬教練，以確保安全並維持教學品質。

One instructor can teach up to 3 students per lesson. If your group has more than 3 people, please submit the reservation form multiple times as needed.

如果人數超過3人，應該如何預約？
每位教練最多可帶3名學生。如果您的團體超過3人，請分多次填寫預約表單。

Instructors usually eat separately due to lesson preparations and other responsibilities.

教練會和學生一起用餐嗎？
教練因需準備課程等事宜，通常會與學生分開用餐。

Changes or cancellations are accepted up to 3 days before the lesson, even after payment. Refunds are issued after deducting a 3.6% transaction fee.

可以更改或取消預約嗎？
即使已付款，也可於課程開始前3天內進行更改或取消。取消時將扣除3.6%的手續費後退款。

Lessons generally proceed even in bad weather. If lessons cannot be held due to severe weather, natural disasters or ski resort circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

天氣不佳時怎麼辦？
即使天氣不佳，課程通常仍會照常進行。但若因極端天氣、自然災害或滑雪場因素導致課程取消，將全額退款。

Confirmation emails may be delayed while instructor schedules are being finalized, as many instructors are part-time. If you do not receive your email one week before the lesson, please contact us.

我沒有收到預約確認或付款郵件，該怎麼辦？
由於教練的出勤仍在調整中，確認郵件可能會延遲。許多教練都是兼職，如果課程前一週仍未收到郵件，請與我們聯絡。
