The Partnership uses customers' personal information for the following purposes:

4. Use of Personal Information
The Partnership uses customers' personal information within the scope of the stated purpose of use, and does not use it for any other purpose without the customer's consent.

- 1.The Partnership does not provide or disclose customers' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- (1)When the customer has given consent
- (2)When the information has been processed so that the customer cannot be identified
- (3)When the handling of personal information is entrusted, within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purpose of use, to a contractor that has concluded an outsourcing agreement with the Partnership that includes confidentiality obligations regarding the handling of personal information

- 2.Even where none of the cases in the preceding paragraph applies, the Partnership may, after notifying the Personal Information Protection Commission, provide a customer's personal data (excluding sensitive personal information; the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) to third parties within the following scope:

All of the customer's personal information, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise - (2)Method of provision to third parties under this paragraph
Paper, electronic data transmission, delivery on external storage media, or access to a server - (3)How to request that provision under this paragraph be stopped
When a customer requests that the Partnership stop providing their information to third parties under this paragraph, the Partnership will, in accordance with laws and regulations, promptly stop providing the personal data that identifies that customer to the third party concerned.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information
The Partnership complies with laws and regulations on the protection of personal information and with guidelines established by government agencies and other bodies.
7. Security Management of Personal Information
The Partnership establishes rules on the handling of personal information, appoints a personal information manager, and informs and trains its officers, employees, temporary staff, and others, so that personal information is collected, used, and provided appropriately.
The Partnership also takes appropriate security measures for the personal information it collects, and strives to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and unauthorized access to it.
8. Inquiries, Correction, Deletion, and Suspension of Provision to Third Parties
The Partnership responds appropriately and promptly to inquiries about customers' personal information, requests for its correction or deletion, and requests to stop providing it to third parties. For procedures regarding disclosure and related matters, please contact the inquiry desk below.
9. Handling of Anonymously Processed Information
For purposes such as improving the quality of our products and services, the Partnership may convert personal information into statistical information or other information from which individuals cannot be identified, and use it in that form.
The Partnership handles anonymously processed information in accordance with laws and regulations.
