A.Same-day rentals are available, but you may have to wait at busy times.
Q.Up to what age does the children’s price apply?
A.The children’s price applies through junior high school (from this season, junior high school students also pay the children’s price).
Q.Is there a cancellation fee?
A.It depends on the booking, so please check in advance.
Q.Are cashless payment methods accepted?
A.Yes. However, some restaurants may not accept them, so please check in advance.
Q.Is there a rest area?
A.The restaurants at each facility also serve as rest areas.
Q.Is parking free?
A.Yes, parking is free (open 24 hours, with public restrooms).
Q.Can tickets with a meal voucher be used anywhere?
A.They can be used at 7 facilities, all except BRIO.
